2025 Iowa City Comprehensive Plan Community Input Survey
The Mayor and City Council invite your participation in a survey designed to gather resident input on the City's Comprehensive Plan Update. The information you provide in this survey will be used to inform the Comprehensive Plan, which serves as a long-range guide for growth and development in Iowa City.
ETC Institute is the survey research firm conducting this survey. ETC Institute is one of the nation's leading local government research firms. It is important to note your individual survey responses will remain confidential. ETC Institute will present the survey results to the City Council after they have been compiled and analyzed. The survey results will also be available on the City website. ETC administers these types of surveys nationwide, providing us the opportunity to compare our results regionally and nationally.
